Restoration & Reconstruction
The only team that fixes the roof AND rebuilds the rooms
Water & fire restoration — roof to rooms, one team
When water or fire gets in, we mitigate the damage, dry it out, and rebuild the interior back to better than before — and we handle the insurance claim end to end.
The problem
Water found its way in — or a fire, a burst pipe, a storm — and now you're staring at ruined drywall, a wet ceiling, and an insurance process you didn't ask to learn.
The Bailey outcome
One licensed team stops the damage, dries it properly, rebuilds every affected room, and works directly with your adjuster — so you get your home back beautiful, not just patched.
What's included
- Emergency water extraction & structural dry-out
- Mold and moisture remediation
- Fire & smoke damage cleanup
- Full interior reconstruction — drywall, paint, flooring, trim, finishes
- Insurance claim documented and managed start to finish

Straight answers
What should I do first after water damage?
Stop the water source if you safely can, move valuables, and call us — same-day emergency mitigation limits the loss. Don't wait on insurance to start drying; the faster we extract and dry, the less damage (and mold) you'll have.
What is water mitigation, and how is it different from restoration?
Mitigation is the emergency phase — water extraction, structural drying, and containment to stop further damage. Restoration is rebuilding what was damaged. Bailey does both, so there's no gap and no second contractor.
Do you do pack-outs — moving and storing our belongings?
Yes. When a room has to be cleared to dry and rebuild it, we carefully pack out, inventory, and protect your belongings, then move them back once the space is finished.
Do you handle fire and smoke damage too?
Yes — fire, smoke, and soot cleanup, odor removal, and full reconstruction of the affected areas, all managed with your insurance claim.
How fast can you respond to water damage?
Emergency mitigation is available same-day when water is actively causing damage — extraction and dry-out start immediately to limit the loss.
What about mold?
We remediate mold and moisture as part of restoration, and dry the structure properly so it doesn't come back.
How long does the dry-out and rebuild take?
Structural drying typically takes several days with monitoring; the rebuild timeline depends on the scope. We give you a clear plan and keep you updated at each phase.
Can one company really do both the roof and the interior?
That's exactly the Bailey difference. Most roofers stop at the shingles. We fix the source and rebuild the rooms below it — no juggling separate contractors.
Do you really handle the whole insurance claim?
Yes. We document the loss, meet your adjuster on-site, provide insurance-ready reports and pricing, and manage the paperwork. You make the decisions; we do the legwork.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes — we document and communicate with any carrier the way adjusters require, whether it's a large national insurer or a regional one.
